Found them on line today and went along to do feely touchy of the fabric I wanted. Got exactly what I needed at a good price. Staff very good and will definitely use this shop again. Top marks
I have been buying my fabric here now for a couple of months. Great service from Daniel or Leo, the material I’ve needed has always been in stock and ready for pick up when I get there. Wish I’d found them sooner. Great service.
Customer Service - 0/10 Respect - 0/10 Ethics - 0/10 Avoid this shop at all costs, the owners are crooks and will pretend to be efficient at first but as soon as there is a problem they turn into aggressive, arrogant and uber conservative crooks! I described perfectly what I needed the fabric for and the owner sold me 20 meters of fabric and told me that it was fire retardant when it wasn't and I wasn't able to use the fabric at all as the venue where I needed to use it tested and told me it wasn't fire retardant. I went back to ask for a refund and the owner told me to get out as they don't do refunds, treated me like trash and walked to the back of the shop in hope that I would leave. I stayed and tried to get my refund a number of times until I had no choice but to take this further to the small claims. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AND DON'T GIVE PROFIT TO CROOKS! 0/10 for customer service, respect and ethics.
Very rude... I was ignored when I asked for help or a material/colour and one of the men sniggered at me as I waited, not sure why.. They went out of their way to say that I wasn't a 'high paying, favourite customer which was their priority that day' which let me know I wasn't welcome and I couldn't wait to get out I felt akward..They didn't have what I needed overall I still need what I'm looking for. I just picked up what was nearest to what I wanted, because I wanted to get out of there as quick as I could.
Beautiful shop visited today amazing range of fabric. The owner was helpful presented different options l. Even though I didn't find what I was searching for I could see future projects being evolved from the amazing selection of fabrics.
