We like to go there as we can use Tesco vouchers, but the service has been very slow on several occasions. This evening it was worse than normal. Took us 1 hour 45 minutes to order and get served with main courses and and because of my 4 year old granddaughter needing to get to bed, we had to pass on waiting further for desserts and coffee. Such a shame. Update .... We went again this evening and the service was much better. Restaurant was busy but plenty of staff, all very polite and helpful and served in a reasonable time.

Friendly staff and delicious food that was served fast. A great place to stop for a quick bite or to spend a while catching up with people. Would go here again.

Reasonable food for the price, but nothing special. We did chose from the £11.50 menu, so can't complain too much. Having said that, the burger meat was very overcooked and the brioche bun was just this side of stale. The pizza dough was not great. If you are in Letchworth and want REAL Italian food, go to L'Artista, just down the same road. Maybe a couple of quid more, but so much better.

Waited forever even though we had booked a table and lots were unavailable. Very slow service, probably due to understanding. However they were all friendly and helpful

Absolutely slow service 45 minutes to get our food. Two other tables came and ordered and finished and left while we were waiting for our main. We were told because of starter garlic breads we had ordered, the main course order gets delayed. Two waiters covering twenty tables so extremely hard to get hold of a waitress. Very poor
