Terrible. The sign on 4th floor, supposedly for ‘long stay’ gives no notice that the car park is locked overnight. My wife and I went for a rare night out in Letchworth for a change and found ourselves not able to drive home at 9pm because the car park was locked. We are not local but wanted to visit the broadway cinema. If we had known it was going to be locked earlier we would have parked elsewhere where. Very poor signage.
Easy to use. Slightly tight corners, hence scuff marks.nPayment is easy by card.
Loads of parking space and it leads you into the town centre. They have changed the parking payment system you have to pay by card and put your registration into the payment and use your card again when you exit abit of a pain to use now
Closes at 7pm! Not much use if going to cinema or out for a meal. The shutters actually get closed so no in or out past 7pm. The town hall one was full so we looked at this one. Utterly ridiculous for a town of this size to not have decent evening parking.
Good price for a day's parking, but very awkward parking around pillars
