Extremely rude receptionist and speaks your personal details about insulin etc. Out loud. She even implied I'm an I responsible father for waiting last minute to repeat my daughter' prescription although few weeks prior I handed my prescription request n was never told it needed doctor's review.

Went there with pains in my back and pain shooting down my left leg. Was told it was sciatica. Had x-rays done went back then got sent to the wrong department at the hospital for cancer in the skin and tissue around the area. Then got told to go for a lot to find out what it was. Still told it was sciatica by another doctor. This is now 4 different doctors with 3 saying the same to find out I have sclerosis of the sacraliliac joint. Medical negligence comes to mind disgusted with how they plan you off and don't care about your well being. For the fact I'm a asthmatic the asthma nurse won't even give me a blue inhaler I have to go to the hospital to get them as I refuse to she her as she is rude and has no clue what's she is talking about never had a problem anywhere else disgusted with how they treat people.

Went to them as glands in my neck was up and very swollen twice in 12 weeks to be told its tonsilitus and other time its down to being a smoker and just gave me antibiotics but 3rd time i went back they said i had to wait and have a blood test 4 days later but didnt make it to that as i ended up in hospital for 4 days and turns out i had Glandular Fever.

Great surgery always clean.doctors anreceptionists fantastic. I only ever go if i am in need of help,and always get seen promptly.could'nt ask for more

Fantastic doctors surgery , friendly reception staff also. I have always been seen and dealt with very quickly , as have my children. Eldene surgery comes highly recommended as far as I am concerned ! A******
