My recent service experience was excellent. From start to finish the team were all extremely helpful and friendly. The experience from booking in, through to collection was seamless and I was updated throughout the day of the progress and estimated finish time for my service work. Surinder has been looking after me since I brought my car into the Heathrow site almost 2 years ago. Her professionalism and helpful attitude is what made me always return to this site.
Really frustrated for me , I left my car for replace a part and when I collected my windscreen was fully damaged , on that day Saturday manager wasn’t there receptionist told me to come following day for investigation, Once I call them manager told me as I will check my camera and will be touch with you , going to be 2 weeks now no one call me . Pls every one read this message do not trust this centre completely dodgy they may snatch Your part and replace for some one it was happen , I’m rest assured this is my last visit for this centre
I bought my car in for a service not knowing what to expect, but I’m really Grateful of the customer service and great detailed advice from Zafar. He put me at easy. I had a fantastic experience @ Mercedes. I will Definitely recommend this branch to family and friends.

Anil has been looking after me since I brought my car into the Heathrow site almost 6 years ago. His professionalism and helpful attitude is what made me always return to this site in particular, for any of my car needs. After booking in for my recent service, Anil ensured that the drop off was as convenient as possible for me and that I was regularly updated throughout the whole process. The Vehicle Health Check completed by Ricky was informative and clearly outlined. He was clear speaking and professional. I felt confident with the work being completed on my car. Overall the team were great and I would highly recommend this site and the team to others.
Lost their confidence. Long waiting times to collect car. Didn’t even ask if there is any concern with the car when dropped for service. Car cleaning was mediocre. Boot was still dirty. Finally, in the past they used to send me link / videos to keep an eye on servicing progress - but nothing was sent during this service. They are losing their quality and edge.
Worst customer service ever!!!! I’ve been yesterday for a recall on my car they said they haven’t got the parts I comeback and says I can take the car but is missing a small plastic and when I comeback today the driver who bring my car car crash the door by one panel inside! I’m waiting to check the camera and call me on Monday to sorted out!!!! Is annoying what is going on and what people working there!!!!
Brought my car in for inspection was dealt with promptly really pleased with the service provided by Zafar and will invite friends and family to use this garage,
Appalling service. I ordered x2 nox censors and was given quote to complete the works. On the second day of keeping my car in, I was told that there were no parts in and that I will be contacted within a week. No one bothered to keep me informed even after assurance from the service manager. Why was I told by service department that they had managed to get the 2 nox censors and given a price of £1500 to complete the work. And infact no parts had even been ordered despite me receiving a call to say that Mercedes needed another day to finish the work and provide a new MOT. My MOT was due to expire!
I was very delighted by the service I received today by Zafar who looked after me. He was very caring, patient and thoughtful. I am pleased I came down to Mercedes Benz Heathrow and this will now be my go to branch. Thank you.
Customers and public need to avoid this place . I went in at 10 AM today, only for a software update which was service A5 on the screen, this ideally should of taken up to a max of 2 hours. However 7 hours later, I had to call 4 times, had to speak to main office HQ and they kept telling me someone will get back to you in a few minutes. I had enough of waiting , it got to about 17:30 and bear in mind they close at 18:00 , what would you do at this point ? No call , no updates and no nothing. I had to go there without them calling me to come pick up my car and a soon they see me arrive they decided to give me a call ?. To top that , they didn't even wash my car , they just left it in service drive way and 20 minutes later they shout out for my name. Mercedes Benz, you need look into your team and your supervisor at Heathrow, Sarinda Bassi I believe I spelt it correctly , apologies if I didn't. This supervisor admitted that they do clean cars but stated that we knew you were here so we didn't clean it? Why treat your customers like this ? especially the ones on service care plans ? There was a few people in the showroom waiting for their cars and it took ages , why would you do that to people, these are your customers. Sarinda Bassi Again apologies for incorrect spelling You told me it was software update , I would understand if it was parts that needed to be delivered and changed but for Goodness sake a software update ? 7 hours ? No car wash ? And you expect me to accept that kind of service ? Knowing Mercedes this review would not matter , but the people and customers need to know that I genuinely believe they do not car which is a shame. I guarantee you guys they are going to reply to this review and say sorry we will look in to this , just wait for it. Its a shame I am sorry.
