Came to pick up a few parts for my Tesla, the staff where very friendly, I was offered drink and a nice lounge to sit in while they got my parts. The price of the parts where surprisingly reasonable. The experience was very positive and it was great to chat to more Tesla employees who are so passionate about there job and the company

Looks like delivery area has changed alot and for the better.
Shame the mini electric Teslas play area have disappeared though.

The best cars in the world! And friendly staff. But too busy so the ball gets dropped and services are now booking 6 weeks out.

Actually Tesla's service building was similar design to their car brand, brilliant costumer service, waiting facilities were very relaxing. There were tea caffee and other drinks. Also very nice biscuits, health bars was available.
Very efficient with car service as well 
Everything was on time 
Thanks to their young and friendly team

Very polite and professional. Watched one of the other staff talk to a family and they were great with the kids. Not too busy on a Saturday morning.
