I couldn't be happy with the excellent service I received from SMC Uxbridge from Steve & Sophie Sales Team whilst purchasing my new Ford Fiesta car. They were super efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The time from entering the showroom to collecting my car was dealt with superbly and I was keep up to date throughout. Thank you.
I’ve previously been to other Ford Service and not had customer service like this. No messing around, I was able to drop my car off and be given a courtesy car while they were working on my car. The next day I had a call to let me know my car was ready. Given an explanation of the problem and what they had done to fix it. Also reassured if anything was to happen again to bring it back. I would have no problems bringing my car here in the future if needed, even though it’s a bit further away for me. It’s worth it. I didn’t take the main service advisor/ receptionists name, but she was lovely! Friendly staff! Restored my faith in good Ford service centres. Everything was organised. I found myself back at SMC earlier then expected but yet again I couldn't be any happy with the excellent service I received!!!! Chris again was brilliant from start to finish nothing was too much. Chris is very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Chris new exactly what i wanted and supported me all the way to make it happen! Saw him at the beginning of the week and Saturday I collected my Ecosport!! Excellent service. I cant recommend Chris enough. Also during our visit we met Ryan who was also very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you SMC, I'm so so happy yet again!!
Service was excellent, no pushy hard sell. From the moment we walked in the team were attentive.. friendly and approachable. George, who managed our purchase, was patient, gave us space to look around and extremely helpful. After sale care has also been brilliant. I would highly recommend SMC, will be using them again for my next purchase.
Was looking for our first car together and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We were helped by Tom who was amazing, made us feel really comfortable and made the whole ordeal a lot less stressful and helped us have a look at different cars and did a great job explaining all of them. Drove away very satisfied with our new car, even received a call a little while after from Tom to make sure everything was alright, perfect service!
Our experience at SMC Ford Uxbridge Sales Team has been highly positive. From the outset, Sophie was warm, friendly & bubbly and went above and beyond. Sophie was courteous, diligent and knowledgeable from the initial viewing, test driving and purchase of our new car and gave us subsequent time to make a decision that was right for us. Sophie is a shining star ! Not forgetting, Ryan and all the team were amazing and helpful too! Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend to others.
The service I received at SMC Ford Uxbridge was brilliant. Having reserved the car I wanted on line, I was contacted within the hour by Steve who took much time and trouble to talk me through all the car’s features. Based on this care and attention to detail I made a 40 mile trip to view the car and again Steve talked through and showed me all the features of the car. I decided to purchase the car and when I picked it up Sophie then spent time making sure I was happy with everything and sorted out all the paperwork. Very rarely have I experienced such exceptional service. Well done Steve and Sophie and SMC Uxbridge.and the car is great too. Thank you.
I spoke to Tom at the Uxbridge branch who found me the car I was looking for, unfortunately the sale didn't go ahead as ford was not happy with the amount of work the car needed. I got another email a week later that Tom had found another, his phone calls, and emails kept me upto date with everything from start to finish and made it run as smooth as possible. Tom is a brilliant salesman and very friendly and efficient. 5* On the hand over we dealt with Sophie who was also an amazing part of Ford Uxbridge. Very attentive and patient with my son. She also made the last part of the sale run very smooth, and also went though everything I needed to know about the new car.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Chris at Ford in Uxbridge/Cowley, it was refreshing to deal with a salesman who wasn’t pushy and actually managed to find exactly what we wanted! Received a lovely follow-up phone call after a couple of days to ensure we were still happy with the car. Would definitely recommend Chris, he was highly tolerant of all our needs and did well putting up with us for as long as he did!
An excellent experience buying a car from SMC, both Steve and Sophie were both so helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. They both had an excellent knowledge of the Ford product but did not try the hard sell tactic, they listened to you needs and recommended the right vehicle for you. The car it self was in beautiful condition and could not be faulted. There is indeed a lovely atmosphere in the whole Dealership, and I would definitely return again and recommend SMC to anyone.
