When my friends in London lost their beloved brother, I wanted them to know that I was thinking of them. I am a keen supporter of local independent business, but I was nervous attempting this from Australia. Adam was very responsive via email, and put my mind at ease. The flowers were beautiful, and when they received them, brought my friends to tears. The inclusion of the gum leaves was the perfect Aussie touch. Thank you team Memento.

I sent an email via their website “contact link” regarding the purchase and delivery flowers on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II. I am from Ohio, US and was having difficulty placing an order. I wanted to work with a local London florist. The many other florists in the area had reasonably priced hand-tied bouquets; however, the delivery charge was as much as the floral arrangement. Within 20 minutes of my email, I heard back from Adam, the shop General Manager and he assured me that I could handle all of this online and delivery was only 7 Euros. Because it was an international transaction, my bank would not allow the credit card go through security fraud. I emailed Adam back , he responded within minutes and mentioned not to worry, this happens often with the bank security systems and sent me a link where I could pay it, which I did. I immediately received confirmation, as well as notification the next morning that the flowers had been delivered l. What a joy to work with a reputable establishment 3,000 miles away to deliver a quality product and my heartfelt message upon the death of the Queen. Thank you again Adam. I have friends who live in London and I will highly recommend you!
Not a happy lady. Ordered flowers on 1st June 2023 for my brothers funeral on 8 June 2023 to be delivered to funeral home in Rochester Row SW1P 1JU, but the florist gave flowers to a courier company who "lost them" in their words. Flimsy excuse. Chose this florist as it was in the vicinity of the funeral home. Very embarrassing and distressing added to the emotions of the day. Thanks Mementos you have left a lasting impression on our family and friends. I think it's safe to say I would not use you again.
