My daughter is on the other side of the world in London, UK and her family is way out west in Montana, USA. We wanted to send her a special bouquet of love and support on her opening night at the Barbican. Isle of Flowers delivers on Saturday! We asked for autumnal, forest-like colors with a hint of the unusual. They totally nailed it! If you're around the corner or around the world, you will be very pleased with the arrangements Isle of Flowers will create for you.
needed a quick gift as I was meeting someone and this flower shop was conveniently located in the London Bridge station. It is a bit pricey but for convenience it was worth it. The lady that was helping me was a delight as well.
Huge thanks to the florists working at the London Bridge ticket hall kiosk. They helped me put a beautiful bouquet together and then when I suddenly realised I'd only got 3 minutes for my train, they got everything wrapped up and sorted in time for me to catch it! Phew! My legs are still shaking and I have a gorgeous bouquet!
Phenomenal service from Dani, I had ordered online and he went over and above with the delivery - people moved from the original address but he still managed to fit in the delivery within an hour of getting the new address. So very kind, very impressed and they will now be my go-to London floral delivery service!

Ordered my bridal bouquets and Button holes here with Ella. I heard that florists are not very responsive so I picked Isle of flowers which has a store at London Bridge close to where I work and also a store at King's Cross near my venue which opens 24 hours for easy pick up the night before the wedding. I walked in to discuss my order and Ella has been very responsive to email as well. The bouquet looked beautiful! The entire process is very smooth as well. I pretty much just tell Ella my color theme and paid the balance and confirm pick up time.
I would not recommend ordering online with this company. I ordered flowers online for same day delivery and what they delivered was nothing like what I saw on the website. When I contacted them to complain they referred me to their terms and conditions on their website that they can substitute flowers if not available but the bouquet is completely different with nothing in common and not similar in anyway. They also said that if I ordered a few days in advance they would have been able to deliver. They shouldn’t offer a service that they cannot deliver! I requested a full refund and they said they can only offer 20% off as I have accepted their terms and conditions. I would never have bought the bouquet they delivered in the first place. Customer service is also unprofessional and very poorly handled.
The block of flats where we live uses "Isle of Flowers" to supply the flowers in the concierge. We've always liked the displays, so we decided to use them for our 50th Wedding Anniversary "do". We didn't really know what we wanted. We talked to Ella about it and then settled on 3 displays: a tall vase in the corner; a wide, sort of window box, on the mantelpiece; a small arrangement by the cake. My wife wanted roses but the quote was too high, so we told them the maximum we wanted to spend and left the details to the florist, Genute. We gave her photographs of the room and she decided on the colours and the flowers to use. The result was brilliant: I enclose a photograph of the small arrangement and the "window box". Unfortunately, we don't have any of the tall display in the corner. There was a cycle race going on that day, so a lot of roads were closed but the driver Luigji still delivered exactly when we requested and brought them all upstairs to the room. I really recommend them. Thank you, "Isle fo Flowers"!!
Didn’t have a very pleasant experience at their stand-alone stall at London Bridge Station. I asked a standard question “do the plants come with the decorative pots?”, as some had them and some were just in their nursery pots. The sales assistant was so patronising and rude the whole time, then proceeded to put my plant in a dirty bag. If I had more time I would’ve went elsewhere, I won’t be shopping at this store again. On the plus side, they have a good array of exotic flowers and a few plants, which do come in the decorative pots they’re advertised in.
