I had a fantastic experience with Jazz Flowers, all thanks to Ellie and Lilli. They were incredibly organized and responsive. We discussed my vision of a slightly asymmetrical, English garden-inspired arrangement, and they executed it perfectly. The final result was stunning, and I couldn't be happier. Ellie and Lilli's attention to detail and friendly service made the whole experience delightful. I highly recommend Jazz Flowers for their exceptional work and friendly team. Ellie and the team were so accommodating and supportive from the very start. From initial consultation, they listened to exactly what we wanted and were able to deliver beautiful flowers that hit the brief perfectly. Whilst trying to find a florist who could cater for my wedding, I came across Jazz Flowers simply by chance and I am so pleased I did. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking see photos for proof and were more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. Lilli and Ellie were so so patient with me - taking the time to talk me through their vision, listening to what I wanted and being able to incorporate changes at the last minute.. Unlike other florists that I have approached, Jazz Flower's speed of response was amazing - nothing was every too much trouble and every communication was responded to within 24 hours. Amazing really, as not only are they a florist catering to the general public, but also offering additional services during which I can imagine has been an incredible busy wedding season. This was one of the main reasons that I initially decided to go with them. Their fantastic customer service Thank you so much to the whole Jazz team - but a big thanks to Lilli and Ellie, I don't think my day would have been so special if I had not found you two. I have definitely found a florist for life.
Jazz Flowers are incredible. We asked them to design and create our wedding flowers and they were out of this world. The staff were attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything. We can't thank them enough for making our wedding day extra special. We would highly recommend.
We used Jazz flowers for our wedding and were delighted with how they turned out. Working with the team was a pleasure and the flowers were really beautiful. Would 100% recommend!
We used to live right around the corner from Jazz Flowers so we used them more out of convenience than anything else at the start. However, they always did a great job, and soon became our go-to florist for special occasions as well as random days we wanted fresh flowers. Then, when we moved to North London, we needed flowers for a large dinner party, and we still went back to them. They do a great job for a good price and continue to be our go-to choice. They are a small family owned business so they take pride in their level of service and you can feel the individual attention to their clients. All in all, we highly recommend them.
Expensive and not fresh flowers. Disappointed. £40 for this bouquet for Mother's Day. There are many nicer other flower shops available in the area. Waitrose and M&S offer fantastic bouquets.
A very good and reliable florist. I've ordered flowers online and they arrived exactly on time. Not once. No problems with contact with the shop. They make really amazing bouqets, exactly like shown on the pictures and you can choose the size. Fresh flowers, competitive prices. My friend, whom I sent flowers, was very delighted and happy. My husband, when in London, also buys flowers in JAZZ FLOWERS shop and he's been so pleased with how kind and helpful the staff was.
Jazz Flowers did an amazing job at our wedding - from start to finish we felt totally looked after and the quality of the service was a very high standard. Ellie and her staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through everything as we knew nothing about flowers. All of the pieces prepared for the day were absolutely beautiful and I couldn't recommend them enough - it was also lovely to work with a small family run business.
After having ordered from lots of big flower companies and been frequently disappointed, I am so impressed by Jazz. Really special bouquets, beautiful flowers that really impress and always consistent. I will be only using them going forwards.
