Founded in London’s Mayfair in 1989, Paul Thomas Flowers are a family of master florists. Our signature bold and beautiful creations are inspired by nature, the seasons and the quintessential English garden.

We have decorated some of the most glittering parties and weddings of the last three decades, all over the world. Closer to home, we design stunning corporate flowers, delivering into leading London hotels, businesses and private homes every week.

Our luxury hand-tied bouquets can be bought through our online boutique and we offer flower delivery in London and across the UK.

The most disappointing florist of all time. This is what we got for paying premium. Poor quality, flower did not blossom even following the instruction, reached out to customers service and they suggested we did not reach out on the day of delivery so they couldn't do anything about it If you are looking for overpriced flowers along with customer service that fall short of being professional, then there you are.
I was very disappointed with the flowers offered. nothing like picture, even though i paid a premium price and ordered large. I ordered the flowers based on pic attached, received this bouquet instead. I sent them an email, for refund and yes they were quick to respond but said they would send another bouquet, however what i received was the same quality and quantity of first one. Dont recommend them.
I am very lucky that I get from my friends each year a bouquet from Paul Thomas. I never had the same bouquet yet; each time the quality & styling of the bouquet are stunning and lasted so long more than 2 weeks.. it just brings me so much joy to look at them. I will recommend them for making a gift to someone, you will not be disappointed. xx A

On our engagement, my fiancé bought me a gorgeous bouquet from PTF and several months later they did an exceptional job of our wedding flowers. Jessica and Sarah were especially helpful, efficient and creative! Bouquets, buttonholes and floral hairbands were beautiful. Delivery was also wonderfully early during the protests. I used Paul Thomas Flowers to make and deliver a bouquet to the dinner in a restaurant nearby. It was my girlfriends birthday dinner and i couldn’t attend while being far away abroad. Honestly, it's a little bit strange for me to make a comment about such places, but I want to express my contentment. Excellent service and very helpful and qualified staff. My wife had a birthday and I wanted to buy a magnificent bouquet - she deserves it! A nice lady, working there, was so kind and very helpful. I had no idea what to choose, but thanks to her I surprised my wife with beautifully arranged lilies. I am so grateful for the perfect service!
