I have been coming to the French Medicare for several years now. I have been treated by Dr Mathilde Konczynski the best osteopath ever!, Dr Da Silva and Dr Joubert. They were always very professional and helpful. The clinic itself is clean and the staff is wonderful. I can only highly recommend this clinic.

The worst manners I seen in my life in the medical industry.  The management and the team are arrogant in unbelievable way and the problem that there is nothing on them to qualify them for any arrogance.

Dr Mathilde Konczynski is fantastic, i am very happy and i wish i had met her before. It took me some time to find a good ostheo but now i am relieved, i have found a perfect match to help me with my knee injury and answers all my questions

I have been to Medicare for all members of my family for 4 years now. We came across specialists in different fields and they were all highly competent and efficient. All children and adults problems were treated in a respectful and efficient manner. Prices are higher than what you would pay in France but on average half the price of similarly qualified London based english specialists. I can confirm they hire only high standard, trustworthy practitioners and I recommend them.

I have been to Medicare Francais for many years for myself and my children. I’ve always had a great experience with all the practitioners I’ve seen. Staff is very polite and the dentist room is very modern. Medicare have recently been inspected by CQC and the report is excellent. Definitely recommend for French speakers as well as anyone who’s looking for top private healthcare with competitive rates in comparison with other clinics in London.

I’m very disappointed by the level of services Vs the costs. It’s like paying a 5 stars hotel and sleeping in a cheap Motel. Lack of professionalism. Not french excellency as they must do.

I had skin issues for a long time that the normal nhs gp could not solve. The Medicare dermatologist took the time to listen to me and find a solution that worked. 3 months on my skin has dramatically improved. Can definitly recomend their service.

Absolutely deplorable service from the in-house psychiatrist. Besides Medicare français being completely overpriced in general but also in comparison to other London based French private psychiatrists, the psychiatrist at Medicare is a very condescending and judgemental incompetent woman who should receive additional education before prescribing without following French/UK pharmacological guidelines or even bothering to do the necessary blood tests. Don't expect any adequate help in terms of psychotherapy as she will only recommend to you people she is in good terms with whether good or not, in your price range or not, near where you live or not, specialising in what you need or not and won't even bother checking on the progress you make to assess whether or not some adjustments are necessary. Overall, you'd be better off going to someone else even if that means you need to pay more because you won't get anywhere with Dr Casteret. Some other professionals at Medicare are worthwhile despite the high price tag but definitely go see someone else if you need a psychiatrist.
