Dane and any other cleaning crew on today were doing a fab job. Some rotten kids in causing mess and nuisance and they just got on with the Job, Dane got us sauce and milk + sugar with a smile. Very polite and professional, their effort should be rewarded.
Tall man serving breakfast was worth the 5 stars, arranged my tray with sugars, nice touch, very pleasant.nUnfortunately no soap in toilets and taps were loose.nFood tasted good. Thanks.
Absolutely awful experience - as a past employee of McDonald's I have never seen such terrible service - ordered to a park and pay bay - waited 35 mins for food before going inside for them to tell me that they weren't bringing it out because we wasn't in the bay - we have been parked there for over 35 mins not moved and it's because the incompetence of the mananger not caring that this experience was so terrible - had to get burgers remade as they were cold just sitting on the side - the male staff member was polite however when speaking to the manager she was disrespectful and didn't care about her job - she refused to allow us to get a managers information to place a formal complain but gave a refund - assuming because this isn't her first terrible review.nWe visited the store on Sunday around 3/4 pm and it wasn't busy so this is not a standard we should be expecting.
The lad running it today is spot on. He's got good customer service skills and he even greets people as they walk in. I sometimes use this venue if it's nearby. High quality customer service and and the lad is an asset to the business.
It’s always busy here; we have to wait a long time for food.
