Story

Natco Foods is a household and catering favourite for lentils, beans, spices, herbs, nuts, rice, chutneys and sauces, pappadoms and flours, especially our Natco Gram Flour.

We've been in the UK since the 1960s, satisfying the love for products used in Indian and South Asian cuisines, as well as in dishes from all over the world.

Our products are found in all good supermarkets, including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Asda, as well as in independent shops throughout the UK, Europe and further afield.

Since 2011 Natco Foods has donated the majority of its profits to charity - a truly groundbreaking way of doing business.

Absolutely awful. I ordered a whole bunch of spices which are difficult to obtain around here. They're certainly in no hurry. It was 9 days before they even shipped the items, and now their delivery service has failed to deliver for the second day in a row, so thats now 11 days and I still don't have my stuff, though they did manage to charge my credit card on day 1. Very poor, and the attitude of customer services was appalling. You won't get any repeat business from me.
The first time I ordered I gave them a 5 star now unfortunately I will have to give them 1 star.nI am 67 and have to eat parboiled rice...nWhen I got the rice was surprised to receive easy cook rice so expensive because would be cheaper to go to ASDA.nThese mistakes are not acceptable from what I thought was a good company.nI don't recommend buying from them because they are not professional.nThe red packet is what I ordered.....the green is what I got.....
Recently received a 100g pack of Star Anise made by Natco, ordered through Amazon 'SpiceHub'. The product was cheap, but a label had been stuck over the usage dates. The spices were packed in 2020, with a use by date of Nov 2022. They are 'out of date' therefore. I appreciate there is no health hazard, but spices certainly do lose their potency with time, so this is very disappointing.nIt is not clear to me if this is the fault of Natco, Amazon, or 'SpiceHub', but we have, nevertheless, been sent an out of date product, which reflects badly on all parties I fear.
Horrible staff. The account manager for the south yorkshire region has an attitude problem and started shouting on the phone and ignored all emails and texts. When i complained to the reception staff, they just laughed. I don’t know how these people get jobs at large companies like this
First class service, first class Spices and a huge range. The whole factory is spotless and well maintained, amazing value online if you buy the larger packs.nUpdate 01/06/22, following a few negative reviews I was a little concerned about ordering from these guys again, but I had no problems at all, top quality, cheap postage and delivered exactly on time.
