Like every other McDonald's you hope your food is going to be nice and fresh but it rarely is. When are they going to realise that we are quite happy to wait for a freshly cooked meal. Cook to order McDonald's and your customers will be happy. No doubt about it when it is fresh it tastes nice and is good value

Food can sometimes be a little colder than we'd prefer and on the odd occasion food has been missed off our drive through order.

Staff here want you to walk away with a full tummy and a smile in your heart. Always pleasant even when they are really busy. Whether you use the drive through or the indoor counters, you are treated like you are the most valued customer. Summer afternoons you can also enjoy the sunshine in their outdoor seating area.

As we all know. They have started to automate McDonald's. Personally it's just rubbish. Cause if you want something without pickles or bacon or whatever. You then have to order it and 1 person was just chaos.

Parts of order missing again, very disappointing when you get it home. McDonald’s must be making a pretty penny charging for items but not putting them in the bag and it’s happened several times now at Wall island. With a queue behind you, you don’t like to open up the bags to check it all feeling you are 1. Holding up the queue. 2. Insulting the staff. 3. Making the food colder than already is! After reading the reviews it seems futile and embarrassing to drive all the way back or phone to complain about todays missing cheeseburger 99p, but McDonald’s I feel ripped off and disappointed again.
