Went in sober after seeing my dad in lichfield town, to be spoken to like I was nothing, and to be served half cold half hot chicken in what was meant to be a wrap! Bloke never told me I would be needing to cook my own chicken prior to purchase

Absolutely appalling service, me and my partner waited for an hour for our food outside so we couldn't miss them yet they were pretty sure they came 5 times, so after ringing AGAIN saying they will be there they didn't turn up. 20 minutes later a car cam down the road parked in the car park with a passenger and no one turned up to the door which I was sat outside of. I had a phone call saying they were there knocking on the door when they quite clearly weren't. So I walked up the road and he pulls over I said this is bang out of order you didnt come round at all and that you shouldn't have a passenger in the car with you anyway as it is surely against your work contract, well at that pint he told me to f**k off and drove off. And now as I am trying to make a complaint by phoning them they refuse to answer my calls and have put the phone down on me twice. I will be calling trading services and the man who treated me like a pile of rubbish will be sacked.
