For the 3rd time now I have ordered from mcdeliveroo and I have not received all of my order. When calling back I am told they are sorry but they cannot resend and I would have to collect it in store. I have just realised that the prices you pay for food when ordering having it delivered is more expensive then purchasing for pickup or at going to the store?nI am paying extra for my food plus delivery to have it come to me not so I can not have my complete order arrive but then need to come to store and be out of pocket this needs to changenNot to mention the food standards are getting poor at the Witney store the food looks like it's just been chucked together with no care and it is very disappointingnnI have also attached a picture a mcchicken sandwich which cost of £5 ??? Funny it looks just like a chicken mayo with a seeded bun picture attached
Not a great McDonalds, but not the worst. Staff don’t want to be helpful and didn’t seem to be nice to each other. The restaurant was dirty and needed some TLC. Food was decent
Absolutely shocking presentation and cold food . No due care of attention and certainly not to brand standards.
Both meals were Luke warm, the McRib was a piece of processed meat with a couple of slices of onion, a dribble of BBQ sauce inside a bun. Nothing like the promotion photo. Plus they forgot a drink. The walk from the carpark to the restaurant passes the back delivery which had cages of product you had to negotiate around. Not good for people in wheelchairs, using crutches or pushing prams/buggies.
So, I've had a fair few McDonald's in my life and I can say that this is one of if not the worst restaurants I've been to. Firstly, as many other re-viewers have pointed out, the drive through is very busy, which means cars spill out onto the main road, this makes the area very congested.nn​nnOn almost every occasion whilst using the drive-thru, I'm told to park, which I'm normally not too fussed about. However, the car park is far too small, and in most cases there will be no available spaces, which means you will have to wait for someone to leave.nnNow regarding my orders, I find roughly every 2 out of 3 times that my order is incorrect, normally missing items or incorrect customizations. I always check my order before I leave, as it is damn right frustrating to find it wrong once when I've driven home.nnThe food quality seems to me OK, but they are a bit skipish on the fries, especially large fries. I recommend ordering medium as in most cases, the large will be the same size.nnOne thing strange about this place is that they are so tight on the pickles in their cheeseburgers,. I've attached a few images. Cant believe only 1 pickle. Ive been to a McDonalds in Banbury and their standard was 4 to 5 pickles.
