Superb Sunday lunch - where the waitress comes round with extra roast potatoes, Yorkshire's and gravy! What is not to love. Puddings also a delight. Excellent service from efficient, friendly staff. Comfortable, clean and stylish pub-dining in beautiful, historic pub. We will be back!

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at The Fleece and were not disappointed. With a wedding to go to near by, we required a place to accommodate us within easy reach of the venue but where we could also find some escape to make the 2 night break a pleasant one. The Fleece is ideal, it's location is stunning as a small typically English town square. We were welcomed upon arrival and shown to our room which was a great size with excellent sized bathroom. The hotel is extremely clean and the service both at the bar and at breakfast were more than we'd expected. Food is excellent, and for the £10 per person per breakfast, this came across as very reasonable as the full English with locally sourced meat was perfect. The menu is varied, the service efficient. Upon leaving, we explained we would likely head via Blenheim Palace near-by, the staff member checking us out recommended where to walk and upon taking his advice, had a great day around the Palace Gardens. From start to finish, every element of the Fleece impressed us. Would certainly stay again.
