Despite some of the complaints in other reviews, this was easily one of the best run McDonald's in Leicestershire. Food arrives hot, nothing was missing. Unlike the one in town Burgers were well prepared and neat on arrival. No issues thus far
Food was really fast for a busy time but wasn't extremely hot like I like, and the workers were great!
Adcock road mcdonalds is a DISGRACE! get a hold of your delivery please ! i was missing my muffin this morning and the other day my friend was missing her wrap! some may argue the most vital parts of a meal. trying to get hold of customer service was awful and a massive mind boggle! probably will never order again
Apparently you no longer get a whole slice of cheese on a fillet o fish?! The first time I assumed it was a mistake that there was only a thin sliver. But can safely say now it isn’t a mistake, it’s deliberately being stingy
Went to the drive through,attitude of the lad serving was terrible, I asked if there was sauce with the nuggets, he asked what I had ordered, said they didn't mention it at the previous window.. well, arms folded and again asked what I ordered, repeated my previous comment, I asked what the choice was.. he was so rude and his attitude left a lot to be desired..shouldn't be dealing with the public if you can't be courteous.. not often I use this McDonald's, I certainly won't be again.
