The food is always nice here my issue is we always have a large bargain or sharing bucket. Everytime i get home. Which is a good 7 miles away,I always seem to have something missing. Its expencive food. Im not driving all the way back. It would cost me more in petrol. Today. I purchased a large bucket at £37. I got to the car and checked itnOnly to find they had missed my 6 portions of chips. So i went back for them. Its only when i got home and went through my stuff. I found out they had forgot my large popcorn chicken. Again im not driving all the way back for it. Im fed up of it. This place seems to do it to me all the time. I dont really want to stand there at the counter in front of everyone opening all my food up to check if i have got everything. Im not a happy customer. I have rang up and complained in the past. They said they would give it me the next time. What is the chances of getting the same staff, so i can get the stuff i paid for
I think the staff are probably doing there best and maybe need to employ more staff to clear the tables.nIt could certainly do with a good deep clean in the seating area, I hope the kitchen is cleaner...was unsure what their Food Hygiene rating is.nThe gents toilet was like a swimming pool, I reported and they thanked me.nI had to send my burger back as the chicken looked like it had been sat around for quite a while, the young lady brought me a replacement.
Rice bowl was only half full not even a full spoon of corn or pickles it was also cold
Visited KFC with friends and really enjoyed the meal. The spicy chicken had a strong flavor and perfect crunch. The seating area was clean and the overall atmosphere was comfortable.
Hi out of 3 times of coming all the way to yourselfs you get the order wrong again that's 2 out of 3 come on. It's of the set menu it's not hard is it????nnCan someone please check the big bag of food to make sure it's there. From now on we will have to do the same. It's a 20 minutes drive for us so abit upsetting when the popcorn chicken again is missing for our little lad again. FFS. Sort it out.
