Asked for chilli chips, like chips with some onions and chopped chillies on them We got chips with about 2kg worth of chilli powder on them to hot to eat to salty couldn't enjoy my meal at all plus the green papers were raw. Won't go back I'll find a new place to eat.

Awful food tonight- ordered beef and onion with egg fried rice. The beef was in a gloupy pale coating looked like dog food jelly - gone are the days the beef was actually brown and in gravy! Other half had chicken balls - they were bland and had a funny taste to them. Sadly we won’t be coming back here! Used to be the best in Coalville- not the case anymore, not sure why the food is cooked this way!
Too expensive, I was charged £9.40 for 1 egg fried rice,1curry sauce,1sweet and sour sauce,portion of prawn crackers. Which I picked up. The week previous was £7.40 which expensive but seemed convenient as its nearer to pick up. Also I had told them that I would use them alot because the food is ideal for someone with motor neuron. But I got extra for that information.
We have been going to food paradise for YEARS! And I can’t praise them enough, even through hearsay we never stopped, best Chinese I have ever had, the only place where the chicken isn’t slimy! It’s just beautiful! & for anyone who hasn’t tried their chicken rolls PLEASE DO! thank me later! Lovely staff and delivery drivers, honestly can’t praise them enough! Thanks for your beautiful food over the last so many years!
Amazing Chinese. Always comes nice staff friendly. And well worth the money. I recommend if u live in the Coalville/Whitwick Area
Never had a bad meal from here and always hot. Nothings ever too much trouble if you want it a bit different, like house special fried rice, sauce separate.
I have tried other Chinese Restaurants both in CV and local surrounding areas. This by far is the best. Never had a bad meal yet. Fantastic food, good prices. May have to wait a little to get through and 20 mins quoted is usually 30 mins but thats what happens when your busy. Ask yourself why they are busy, its because they are very good. Definitely worth the wait. Cash only but cashpoint at Asda across the road. Excellent staff and service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. We ordered 2 meals to only have 1 meal come and when we spoke to the manager he said basically tough they have gone home. I worked for this company for 7 years so expected better. I will not be ordering from food paradise again and I advise anybody else to go elsewhere
