Terrible customer service, gets order wrong then refused to rectify their mistake. Managers solution to the problem is to refuse to serve you again, use them at you if you don't mind being dissapointed and insulted

Made a substantial order and it never arrived.  Called to enquire about it's whereabouts and was told they tried to deliver, despite being in and awake at all times. Upon complaining was effectively accused of lying.
