Nice place for what it is, very accommodating staff, they alone make the experience "5 star". Very warm rooms , good shower although a shower screen would be more practical than a shower curtain. A safe for personal belongings would be a nice addition to the rooms. Good Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, cleanliness and complimentary toiletries make up for the slightly outdated rooms with "Mama Bear" beds. Thank you Heritage Park, would definitely recommend.

Adam and Howard were exceptionally welcoming and provided a fantastic service. I have visited for business meetings before and had a over night stays. If your looking for a business environment or a comfortable stay you won't be disappointed

Due to family bereavements we have stayed here several times over the last 5yrs.it is always quiet, always clean, always friendly and very comfortable. We have had zero bad experiences. Well done.

Always stay here when we are visiting coalville, which we do a few times a year, staff are always great 😀

Fantastic!. Karen and the staff did a wonderful job and 3 cheers for the kitchen staff too. Christmas lunch was a triumph. Thanks to all. Highly recommended.
