I visited McDonald’s and used the drive-through and takeaway service. The experience was smooth and efficient – my order was taken promptly, prepared quickly, and handed over with a smile. The food was fresh and exactly as ordered. Overall, the drive-through and takeaway service was excellent, offering both speed and convenience.
Asked for a big tasty and i got the bacon one instead of the normal one and was just filled with salad, chips half empty this McDonalds can never get the orders right
Any other time it was lovely and i went today they closed all of the seats of leaving the till and two tables it was disgusting I came home with the food freezing cold and it was disgusting pattys were chunky and cold cheese was sticky and it was basically raw I had raw onions in it big chunks and my chips were raw and brown. Absolutely disgraceful
The night shift staff are miserable and very unhelpful. Nothing is clean chicken nuggets look like they were cooked with bin bags the amount of black stuff all over the them from the dirty oil. No milkshakes or McFlurrys, probably because the machines don’t work from the muck. Manager was very unhelpful as well.
Where to start, the toilets must have been left for about a week absolutely disgusting!! Then resting on top of all the condiments 2 WET DIRTY CLOTHS!!! Rubbish all over the floor, then the service, stood waiting to pay for my food and I am watching members of staff standing on their phones, and when trying to gain their attention they just ignore you, PAY PEANUTS AND YOU GET MOKEYS!nnMy order was quiet basic and that couldn't even be fully fulfilled, missing items freezing burgers, STAY WELL AWAY
