Lovely man who served us, just wish the staff paid more attention to the order. I ordered a small pizza and they forgot the garlic sauce. Also ordered a small garlic bread and found they gave us round break with sugar dusted on top. They are now closed so can’t get a refund.

Been ordering from here for some years now and first time ive left a review! Always go for a meal deal as it works out alot cheaper. Im happy to pay extra ordering here as i enjoy what i get. Foods always well prepared and hot. Theres a female delivery driver who always say hello to my dogs when i answer to collect. She loves staffys! all n all it tastes lovely and the staff seem lovely. I will continue to order from there.
Rang for a delivery sunday night. 1 large pepperoni pizza 1 tiny garlic bread & 5 garlic dips. £38 . It was all tasteless soggy & very overpriced. I guess the bin enjoyed it. Will stick with unos in future.
Arrived an hour+ late cold, told it would take 30 mins to be re-delivered. Went to the store in person which I only live a few minutes away from and a member of staff told me it would take 30 minutes to make a pizza, which we know isn’t true. Repeatedly told me it would be 5 minutes on the phone, which wasn’t true. Emailed head office to ensure my refund is being processed as he didn’t touch a computer after asking for one in person. Went over the road to a competitor and it only took 10 minutes. Rude staff, lie to customers about delivery times order from another dominoes or different franchise.
Listen to these negative reviews. I just got blocked from the app and website because I said I was complaining to Head Office about the awful service I had received. I was neither abusive, nor was I aggressive, so I can only imagine this was to prevent me from complaining. Nice try, but here is the complaint and the evidence attached. I received a call from my driver that my food was here, I said 2 minutes and when I went outside, the driver drove straight past me in a white car. I quickly called back and she said I had been "too long". The screenshots prove I was exactly 2 minutes, before calling back and asking me why she drove away. I was and still am very annoyed because she drove right past me, as I waved at her. Apparently, she had been waiting there for 10 minutes and it was my fault. Can someone explain to me how any customer is supposed to know a delivery driver is outside and waiting for them, without a knock or a phone call? I also clearly requested a call in the delivery notes box. I assume delivery staff assume customers are omniscient. To make matters worse, I explained this on the phone to the store and was very upset about this, because it makes no sense and I was being blamed for something that was not my fault. The staff also started to imply it was my fault and I kept explaining that it wasn't repeatedly I was transferred to 3 different people. I told them I would complain to head office, because I do not appreciate being blamed for something that wasn't my fault and on top of that being spoken to so rudely by the driver, being treated like a liar and being stuck on a street corner in the freezing weather... Avoid this store. As promised, I have escalated this complaint to Head Office, I also record all phone call conversations for when instances like these happen. So in addition to the evidence I've attached, this is not a scenario where it is your word against mine. To treat a customer poorly is one thing, but to block them from your website and app to prevent them from complaining is next level shameful service. AVOID.
The worst Dominoes in the North East. This is the only dominoes that deliver to my house, every 6 to 9 months i try again to see if something has improved but they have been dreadful for years! Consistently get the order wrong, it arrives late and cold yet under cooked. I too have been promiced refunds or money off next time only to be told theres no record. Honestly go to South Gosforth.
Nice Pizza experience quality can be variable
2 of the worst pizzas we have EVER HAD we paid £30 for the buy 1 get 1 free deal on collection plus added extras garlic bread and wedges got home and we were so disappointed with what we were given pizzas were burnt but cold and did not look fresh at all we have had better frozen pizzas from super market will never use dominos again disgusting.
We ordered pizzas for Birthday party fro Dominos store Heaton chillingham road n it arrived 1 hr late even after my 5 calls to track order.. food was good when it arrived but v poor delivery service …
