I'm not a complainer, and we do love Dominoes, the chicken and the pizzas, however, how difficult is it to read an order and administer it correctly? This is approx the 7th time, extra toppings, charged at £1.75 a topping, particularly the burger sauce, have not been supplied!!! I have never complained until now on a review platform and feel bad for doing so, but they're already expensive enough. I 'phoned to inform the Heaton branch in Newcastle upon Tyne, only to get told they'd supply it 'next time'! This is not the customer service I expect! I expect to get the order I paid for, including the extra charges I paid for the added toppings! 7 x £1.75 adds up to nothing received!!!! The delivery times are good and the people that deliver are good, and they always get a tip.

I ordered a Chicken Feast pizza and a Garlic Bread with Cheese from  Domino's yesterday. Unfortunately, both were very disappointing. The pizza was undercooked and had very little flavor. The garlic bread was also undercooked and tasted unpleasant. Overall, the food was bland, poorly prepared, and not what I expected. Very disappointing experience.

I placed a collection for 2 pizzas and I thought I’d give the Mac and Cheese ago as well. Paid £7.99 for the Mac and Cheese and when I got home I opened it I was SHOCKED! The portion size for £7.99 is disgusting! O and the carton it’s in isn’t big it’s about the size you get your rice in from the Chinese and is half the depth! Don’t waste your money on it!

This isn’t my first time trying Domino’s pizza, so I can confidently say this one wasn’t the best. It’s edible, but definitely not worth over £20. The vegan salami, in particular, tastes like cardboard.

I ordered a pepperoni passion with sausage and sweetcorn and it was contaminated by pineapple and peppers
