Story
We have a full range of cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines, sauna & steam room. We also have an extensive selection of free weights in our purpose built studio downsatairs. Personal Training available.

Mission
We believe that our gym provides the perfect place for people who like to be treated as individuals.

You'll experience an outstanding fully air-conditioned gym, filled with the most up-to-date fitness equipment. You can always count on great facilities and friendly helpful staff at our gyms.

Nice place. I used to go there specifically to get remedial massage at Asclepion.

Fantastic gym. Even more so when you factor in the price. If they would get rid of the crappy smith machine and get another power rack (they have 3 racks at the moment) and Olympic bar it would be amazing!
