Ali is a fantastic personal trainer, his level of knowledge and expertise is really impressive. The workouts he plans are always different day to day and include unique types of lifting and getting fit that you’d never think of. I’ve been training with Ali since last August and have never enjoyed training so much, I look forward to my next session each time. My body shape has changed so much, I am more toned than ever and feel so much healthier.

Ali is simply amazing, I couldn't ask for a more Motivational and inspiring person! He's helping me not only change the way I look but the way I think. Mental and physical health are improving rapidly and we've only just started! I couldn't recommend him more!

I've trained with Ali for 12 months now and I feel fitter and stronger than ever. He always turns up with a plan, full of enthusiasm and encouragement. Without his motivation at 8am every morning I would not have achieved these results. He has also given me some really useful diet and lifestyle advice which have made all the difference.
