Booked treatment packages for our staff as part of their reward scheme - the feedback was wonderful to here. Our employees were made to feel comfortable and pampered, some said they'd rather go here again then have their Christmas bonus!

I found this salon due to a friend buying me a gift voucher so thought I would give it a try. After calling numerous times and it ringing through I thought I would call into the town, each time I did the shop was closed? When I eventually had the chance to go into the shop I was greeted by staff male & female Who somewhat appeared under the influence of alcohol which you could smell strongly on them, I felt the way I was approached was unprofessional & was made to feel very uncomfortable, the place looks lovely but the staff let’s it down.

Wow wow wow what a find. This is a fabulous spa. Philippa is just amazing. Popped in after seeing my favourite brand on show in the window (decleor). Was made to feel so welcome, I was given a brochure , which I studied when I got home .... decided to book a facial for 2 friends one was celebrating her birthday... we were spoilt rotten by Phillippa and William. We had drinks and nibbles in between treatments .. broke off for lunch with tea and coffee. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience you both made us all especially Anna enjoy the whole afternoon .see you very soon Gaynor.Julia and Anna xxx
