I'm absolutely over the moon with the advice and service provided by iStation.  I have endured years of a poorly performing iMac, which culminated in it crashing entirely when I tried to install an update. Upon bringing to iStation, I was warned on the issues with the drives in my model of Mac and advised to replace with a more efficient one.  Less than 48 hours later, I picked up my Mac and the results have been astounding - like having a new computer. This has saved me a lot of money and hassle of having to buy a new one.  I highly recommend iStation. First and foremost, you'll receive sound and impartial advice. The service and customer care are excellent too.

I was SO impressed by the fantastic customer service at iStation. I went in thinking my MacBook was ready for a funeral, but iStation talked me through my options and their recommendations, and I was amazed how cost effective it was to upgrade to a solid state drive, get a new charger, and screen replacement. Always go to iStation for repairs to my Apple devices. Never had anything other than first class service. Clear and fair pricing. They even helped remove a broken lightning cable end from inside the charging port of my daughters iPad for free. Highly recommended.

I first dealt with iStation when they were a fledgling business. I got the same one to one personal and thorough service levels yesterday as I did back then. Despite their growth and it is well deserved, they take time to explain your options, what is achievable for your budget and give you the confidence that they are only ever a call away if you require a little pro gratis help. I really wanted to keep my business local and support a flourishing business and I wasn't disappointed. Reassuringly consistent in their approach to meeting your needs, whatever they are.

Fabulous customer service!  I asked iStation to repair my daughter's iPhone screen recently which they did really quickly & at a good price.  I've also bought a Mac through iStation which I picked up today! Bryan was so helpful with advice on which modl would suit what I needed best & kept me updated on arrival time etc.  I can't recommend iStation highly enough. I will definitely be using their services again!  5 stars

I travelled from Nottingham as my local repair shop said they couldn't do the work on a Mac so old. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They worked quickly and gave clear explanations of the work being carried out. Highly recommended! I only wish I lived closer! :

I cannot recommend this place too highly for anyone with a problem with an Apple device.  Courteous, competent, helpful and very reasonably priced.  They replaced a worn out drive on an iMac and changed the battery on an iPhone remarkably quickly and efficiently

They've taken care of an iPhone problem and an iMac upgrade for me. You get a fast, friendly, very knowledgable service at a fair price. They don't try and baffle you with tec-talk and, as a customer with severe hearing loss, I appreciate their patience. I can't recommend them too highly - especially if you're somewhat on the 'more mature' side and need help.
