MILL HILL PRIVATE HIRE

Don't get that many but when we do we always get mill.hill. very reasonable. Although on Sunday we went to ewood theatre in mill hill taxi. When we came out it was bad snow. I rang mill hill and was told everyone has gone home. My husband is disabled and we stood in the cold for 45 mins. We eventually went onto Chinese chip shop to keep warm wondering how we could get back to ďarwen. A man in chip shop who was taking a delivery said I'll take you home. But friends of ours who were at mill hill club they got a taxi from mill hill . I was a bit disappointed

RIPPED ME OFF- Charged me £19 for a £9 journey. I wasn't sure where I was and agreed to rip me off as to give me the correct advice. I checked with the office that they were happy to over charge me and the operator said he was happy to conduct business in such a way. Appalling company.

Sadly after such an amazing service they have finally shown that they do not care for their repeat customers. I finished work in Preston and called for a taxi home which in the past they have been more than happy to provide. Last night however the operator was very rude and hung up. When I called back I was told 'No one is available!' and they hung up again. I will NOT be calling again

Absolute joke been using these for about seven year now. I had to cancel a taxi for genuine reason and I rang them up to tell them and said right don’t ring us again!! Are you being serious well if that’s what I’m going to get for using your taxis for 7 years then I won’t be using them again!! Also some of there taxis like to rip you of charging me £4 for a £3 journey
