Having been treated like muck at a local large bed retailer I was told to give these guys a try. The in store ordering process was fast easy and polite. The delivery was on time and the two drivers carried everything to the 3rd floor and assembled bed in no time. Would use again and would recommend.
So glad to find this hidden gem of a store. Managed to source the perfect mattress at a reasonable price after much shopping around. The personal service we received from Steve was brilliant: from helpful 'no-pressure' advice to arranging a quick and convenient delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Good number of mattresses in the type we were looking for springs with memory foam. Staff was attentive, but also left us alone to try out the mattresses at our own pace. Very helpful and polite. And good value. Was surprised I could easily take home purchase as rolled up - fitted in car. At home left unrolled for several hours and sleeping on it now!
We visited the Crawley branch looking for a small single mattress. We couldnt have been happier with the service we recieved. So helpful and friendly... we came away with mattress there and then. Not only that, we returned again 3 says later and bought a double mattress along with a king mattress and bed frame for an unbelievable price! Brilliant service. I would recommend highly.
Really love our purchases.. So comfy and a pleasure to lay our heads down for a great nights sleep. The staff were very helpful about all the options we had.. And threw in a good discount. I like the fact that they didn't follow us around but just let us try the different mattresses and only offered advice when we asked- no pushy sales chat. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.
Very helpful service from Bill. He was friendly and gave good advice with a professional manner. Neither myself or my wife felt pressured at all during the sale and we have got a fantastic bed at what we consider good value. Even though it seems like an end of line type of warehouse-the selection and range is excellent. The ordering process was quick and efficient and delivery was at the earliest possible convenience for us. The delivery guys were efficient as well and the bed was easy to put together! Overall would recommend highly to friends and family
A great company, very helpful and managed to sort out my requirement in record time. I went in with a question and came out with a mattress a short while after. It's very comfortable mattress indeed and competitively priced too! I would heartily and unreservedly recommend these guys if you are in the market for a new mattress.
Great service and great products. I have recently set up a multiple let house for professionals and ordered 6 solid oak bed frames and mattresses from mattress mart. The guy who runs the store is very helpful and gave me good advice and the shop is great value compared to the other bed shops in Crawley who seem to employ staff who couldn't care less. To top it off all of my tenants have commented on how amazing the mattresses are and they were only cheap memory foam ones.
We kept seeing the big advert for Mattress Mart as we drove past, so, needing a new mattress we found the way in. There was a lot of choice and we were left alone to look around. Eventually a very helpful salesman gave us advise on each mattress available and we were able to decide. We are very happy with our choice.
