really nice person in shop. sofa I chose is lovely. when delivered only half of the corner turned up. issue is old sofa is gone. they can't fix for over a week. so for the next week someone in my household has to sit on the floor. as a manager of a large company in the retail sector I understand there is issues. the least I would expect is my £99 delivery charge refunded. I did get a polite response just a shame it was a polite sod off and wait. unfortunately I will never order from this company again based on my personal experience
We ordered from sofa club and were so pleased they could deliver in 2 weeks! Delivery text messages were super helpful and the two delivery men arrived on time and were very helpful. Unfortunately our sofa wouldn’t fit into our flat which means I never got to see if it was comfortable. I am leaving a 5 star review because the delivery team were friendly, and within 30 minutes of them leaving and taking our sofa away I got a call from a member of the team offering me slightly smaller sofa options and also putting through the refund straight away. Of course we lost the delivery fee but that’s understandable. Communication from the company was brilliant even if we didn’t end up with one of their sofas!
STAY AWAY. If only I had bothered to read all the other negative reviews this company has. I would urge you not to use them if you want any kind of good customer service. We had our sofa booked in weeks ago to be delivered, both took the day off work unpaid and they notified us only 1 working day before that it wouldn't be coming on that date. This was because it wasn't in stock, despite being ordered weeks in advance and they would have known this more than 1 day prior to expected delivery. We needed the sofa before the weekend as it was the Christmas period but they wouldn't deliver it any sooner because 'they weren't in the area on any other day'. A good company would have made the effort to be in the area for us given it was their fault and offer some sort of good will gesture given we were two days worth of pay down. They then automatically rebooked us for a later date without asking us when would be suitable and of course, we couldn't make that day and obviously weren't going to book more days off work just to be cancelled on again!. They couldn't even guarantee us a time slot to be useful in any way. Shocking service that I've never received before.
One of the most horrendous experiences we have ever had. We chose a FIRM sofa chaise due to have back issues and they delivered a SOFT seating sofa instead and refuse to take back the sofa now! They never agree to their mistake. They promised that the warranted includes all that we wanted and when we went to claim, they refused to store manager James at crawley was least helpful in taking a stand for what he sold. Absolute rubbish customer service. They are a fraud company so DO NOT buy from them. They take the payment and deliver something else. Still fighting with them over our rights! Please don't buy. Very insenstive people also.
very rude manager stuck his middle finger up at one of my based and correct friends. do not go here unlesd you want to be verbally harassed.
Not impressed at all with this shop ordered 2 sofas and paid a deposit last November was told it would be held for 12months and would secure the price, went in store today and they have ordered the wrong sofa and was told my ones were discontinued but never bothered sending an email and the price was £200 dearer, I’ve asked for my deposit back as it’s not been a year yet and was told I might not get it back!!! Absolutely disgusting, will never use this store again and I will make sure my family and friends don’t either
I paid a deposit in Aug 2019 and was told I had a year to pay for the sofas I had ordered. So contacted them today to organise the balance to be paid and a delivery date only to be told the style I had put a deposit on was now discontinued but I could have virtually the same thing that had been re named I said yes and was then told it would be an extra 200 pounds on top of my original price and they would not budge on this. so when I quoted consumer rights and that we had a contract they offered to refund my deposit only. So for the sake of 200 pounds they lost a 1000 pound sale they are useless and dont care stay away from them con artists
Still no sofa before Xmas despite waiting longer than the original stated delivery date despite several guarantees from customer service including emails & correspondence guarantees that it would arrive Xmas eve latest they now say it was never in the warehouse all along. Shocking company shocking customer service. They don't make the furniture they don't store the furniture they don't even process their own online payment system they shopify. When you pay a middle man to deliver you a product you expect it to go smoothly. Wouldn't be surprised if they folded up & ran with our money absolute shocker of a company with zero compensation offered to the dozen family members that will be sat on the floor Xmas day!
Absolutely brilliant and positive experience with this sofa club. We had our sofa delivered on the date scheduled and the driver phoned us half an hour before the delivery. The guys - Mario and Alex took the sofa upstairs and made sure it is properly aligned.
Ordered my sofa to have it on my birthday they only delivered one part i tried to get in touch with them but after one hour they called me back and could get my part delivered in the next 10 days! I waited one month and got delivered one part. Dont recommend them and I also seen bad opinion on Facebook aswell people are not happy with customer service.
