AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought a sofa from here for just under £2k which has collapsed and we can now feel the frame through the arms, this all happened within 2 months of purchase. Numerous letters, phone calls and an independent engineer sent by Harvey’s actually acknowledged that the item needed stitching removed and repadding. Harvey’s have had numerous opportunities to put this right. But they just can’t be bothered. My son bought a sofa from DFS at the same time and is delighted with it. I wish I had done the same. Spend your hard earned cash more wisely than I did. This place is an absolute joke, the product quality is appalling and their interest in resolving a complaint is non existent. They’ve already had my money. So they longer give a toss.

An absolute joke of a store... Back in October 2017 went through the process of ordering a sofa with a chap called Mo. He explained we'd probably have to wait until January because of Christmas which was fine.. He said to expect a call early January to arrange delivery and he said we get regular updates to keep us in the loop.. Well this never happened and come early January there was no call. We had already prearranged to have our sofa sold so by the 9th of Jan we were sofaless. I am 7 and a half months pregnant, its now February 12th and I don't have a sofa. The store manager at this place is an absolute joke called Jose, he'll promise to call you more than once and never will. This company want to take your money and take no responsibility for how they treat people. Take your money elsewhere!

Worst customer services...no one takes responsibility..manager lied about cancelling my order and the sales person was rude over the phone...do not waste your time at this store
