We have bought a few furniture items here over the last two or three years. And every time we visit the store the staff in every department are welcoming, friendly and very helpful even if you don't always make a purchase every visit. We recently had a home visit for a carpet fitting estimation. The gentlemen was very knowledgeable and gave good advise on various points. On this occasion we have chosen another company to buy our carpet from. But we will deffinatly be shopping again at Collingwood, Horley.

Shocking behaviour! Visited the store last night to buy a card and gift for my friend whose battling a serious illness. Came straight from work, to be confronted with ‘BOOTS’ shouted at me across the store by a male member of staff. ‘Don’t you walk on my carpet wearing those boots’? I was mortified to be spoken to like this, in front of customers and staff. Shocked and embarrassed I said ‘I had no intention too’, asked if he was joking, he said absolutely not, look at the mud ! I said shall I leave then? and left in tears. Absolutely appalling way to be treat a customer. I polite word with manners would have been more appropriate and professional. My partner and I have spent thousands in this store - never again. Shame on you!

Great shop purchased a great deal of furniture & linens from the Horley branch. I wish I had found this Gem earlier. All round service from ordering to delivery second to none thus the 5 stars.

Could not careless and lack customer care, Caveat emptor! They have lost a customer by the awful attitude of not talking to me about my complaint .

Collingwood always deliver high quality customer service. A wide range of furniture and domestic products for the kitchen. Carpets, bedding, sheets etc. Some very good bargains too. The store is always well presented.
