Staff are average, the store had quiet a lot of choice but not always great. If you want good quality you have to pay for it and they don’t always have what you want. I prefer b & q but sometimes it’s good to see what else is available.

Airways leave feeling slightly disappointed in this store. As usual the place was a mess with stock everywhere. They always appear to be rearranging the shelves or restocking and there are no clearly defined places for things. A simple soap dish could have been in one of 3 isles, a 'helpful' assistant have up after two. In the end I found what I wanted in a stock box on top of the shelves, none of them on display - despite being 4 available on the website. The assistant looked surprised I'd found them!

Bit busy, and looks like there was not enough staff for the store, also a bit messy. But the staff were helpful

Never been to a Homebase that's so untidy. Stock everywhere except where it should be. Went in for ceiling and wall lights but their display is a joke. Hardly any stock on display, bits missing from stock that is displayed, blown bulbs etc etc. The manager of this store should be utterly disgraced and embarrassed. One star given because there isn't a minus option. Will never visit again and suggest other people don't waste their time. Massive disgrace for such a big chain of stores..!!
