Greg and the team at Chorley Yamaha have been absolutely fantastic. I recently purchased an MT07 from them and the process couldn't have been easier. Greg was incredibly helpful throughout and ensured that I received all the details of the bike prior to purchasing including paperwork and photos. He was also able to arrange for delivery up to the North East of Scotland for the very next day. Amazing service - especially from Greg and I can't thank him enough for the service received. 5 Stars!
Had numerous lenses fall of bike, owned 30 bikes in my life have not seen anything like it, dealer wants nearly 150£ to fix. Or I would have to do a huge trip to drive the bike back to them in order for them to “properly asses” to see whether it’s under warranty. Not satisfactory, one lense fell of within a week the other two lasted a little longer I must say but the bikes near enough brand new, very poor quality!
Many thanks to Mick Ollerton at Chorley Yamaha for his patience and expertise with, first my enquiries, my purchase and then collection of my new Tracer 7 today. Paperwork completed, he ran me to my hotel that he'd recommended, and the pub was next door for a meal. I returned this morning as arranged, everything ready for a smooth and relaxing handover despite his being very busy. Nine hours after I left, I've arrived home, nice 303 mile tootle! Everything as arranged, smooth as clockwork, I highly recommend Mick and his surrounding team. 10/10
I had a great experience buying my first motorcycle at Chorley Yamaha. Mick Ollerton sold me the XSR700 I wanted, and he’s been really great and super friendly during the whole process, which was super smooth. Him and John from the spares department sorted the bike with a few equipments I wanted installed wireless quad lock phone charger, sliders etc.. before I came to collect the motorcycle. I would 100% recommend them if you’re looking to buy your motorcycle, and I will definitely come back there myself for my services/parts I might need. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
Chorley Yamaha Centre, what a cracking dealership. Dealt with Mick O and to be fair Mick and the whole team are great to deal with. Really enjoy riding my new Tmax Tech Max 560 and can feel the difference in performance against my 63 plate Tmax 500, great to know that if I need any information they are there to help.
Came here last weekend with the view of purchasing/ordering a new bike, showroom seemed nice if not a little on the messy side but had a great selection of bikes on store. I was blanked for 30 minutes, not even a hello. I decided to leave, will take my buisness elsewhere
Fantasic service from the lads! Bought my MT09SP with Mick'o' helped me out all the way through to make the right choice upgrading from my FZS600 Fazer.
Great customer service. Went in with a bunch of questions, each one answered and even gave me tips on riding being a fairly new rider
What can i say. My engine in old bike blew up 2 weeks ago. I was desperatly looking for a new bike. The mt caught my eye but there was none available in the uk. Not untill i contacted chorley yamaha the had just recieved 3. Now mark was fantastic help he sorted everything for me gave me all the information needed. This was all done over the phone and by email they fitted an exhaust i had picked for my new 2022 yam mt. They sent me pictures of it and enytime i called i could see mark was smiling and cheery just from a phone call thats how good his customer service skills where. Now the next great help i had was alison from the sales department she picked a reg that had my initials in it at amazing she kept me upto date with delivery and all my paper work and everything that was required i could also tell she was happy and smiling on the phone this made the whole process of purchasing this bike so plesent and problem free. I think i recieved a bargain on the price of the bike and delivery to glasgow because u cant buy that kind of costomer service in many places any more. And they have also suported me after i recieved the bike. Honestly this is the best place i have ever shoped at in a long time. Even the delivery driver was a great help i was working and my dad took delivery so i had called and asked if he could take the bike into my drive. He was going to take it right into the garage for me he was also happy and cheery even after that long journey to glasgow. I would buy 10 bikes from here with this kind of service. I booked a Yamaha R125 from Chorley Yamaha in May 22 for a fully refundable deposit. I finally found the bike elsewhere and asked for my deposit back in June to which Chorley Yamaha asked for my card details along with CVV number, my name address phone number etc and other confidential details. I was a bit hesitant to provide all this information in written, but Chorley Yamaha was adamant that they won't return my money back with out my full card details.I felt a bit odd and hence I looked up and noticed they do not have a privacy policy in place!!! When I asked them about it the said they "don't need one" despite collecting several hundred of customers financial details on a regular basis and were extremely rude. I have now been chasing them for 7 months for my deposit but they still haven't refunded it to me. I even approached Yamaha Motors UK but they were equally useless. I am very very upset with the way Chorly Yamaha has behaved and would advise customers to be careful.
