Had phone delivered here after upgrading online. Was quiet inside, seen immediately by staff who was polite, asked to wait while he collected my phone from the back. Phone handed over once my ID was checked. In and out very quickly.
Staff excellent in here. Got a great deal on my phone and watch.
After ringing to cancel a contract that was due to finish I was fobbed off with excuse after excuse why they couldn't help even though I pay the £78 a month bill. Got them an extra months money out of me so all good for them.Not the first time they have been very unhelpful. Maybe I'm just unlucky?
Served by Billy Jo - he stayed on an hour after the shop shut just to get us sorted - amazing customer service credit to the company thank you Billy
Big, modern shop that's clean and presentable. Lovely staff who met me at the door as I walked in to help, quick service and comfortable seating. Prime location on the highstreet, parking is a 30 second walk away and the shop isn't difficult to find. No complaints from me
Ben served us and Eloise contributed to the visit. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We had already been served by Ben previously who arranged a further visit to finalise our purchase. We were also advised of possible changes to BT in 6 months time.
The staff in this shop are so helpful. Especially Ben. He always ensures I have the best deal and is always sorting my annoying little problems with my phone.
I was in there to upgrade my phone and Billy was a superb help. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable
