Big store, easy to navigate, self-checkout available, lots of produce inside, and a great variety of product types. Food, household items, cleaning products, clothes, and medicines. The only downside is that very little in Poundland is actually £1 now. Some items are still only £1, but 90% of the store is over the bracket and not even to the nearest pound. A lot of products are £#.25 or £#.50? However, many items are £2, £3, £5+ etc etc. It kind of defeats the objective of the shop in the first place, and it's pretty hypocritical. However, I'm sure inflation, Covid, or something else is to blame, so it is what it is. If you need fairly cheap stuff, here's not a bad shout. There's a good variety of items, and the staff are nice and helpful
Completely oblivious when it's busy. One person serves, self service has gone and management haven't got a clue.
Store has improved a lot recently with the re-fit, would be ideal if opened self check-out when busier.
A gd store to get the little things cheaper than some major shops! But recently they have changed their layout so they can get clothes in the store, I feel the need a bigger shop than what they are currently in! There are empty stores within the Waterlooville precinct that would be far more profitable for them!
Since adding clothes to their stores they stopped alot of their other products, household, pet, DIY. Used to buy alot of products not anymore

Well stocked bargains ranging from household items, foods and snacks, clothes range just introduced to my local branch, pet foods and toys, confectionery, toiletries and make-up. Clean store with polite helpful staff
Despite the big sign over the door saying that "everything's £1", there are items inside this shop for various prices! I do still believe that pound land is a very good shop with some excellent deals. Just be sure to check the price on the shelf.
I like this poundland.nice layout not over cramped unlike some others . helpful staff and the shop manager very professional in her role and always greets customers.makes you feel welcomed . which is nice..thanks X
Handy for a quick shop but always a queue and makes it difficult to get to some products
