Great way to spend a half day wandering around. On the day we visited there was events taking place like geese herding and bird of prey displays. The kids especially like playing chess on the giant chess board. There are many animals to see and old buildings to walk through. We enjoyed watching the demonstration of an old lunch consisting of pottage in the cottage dining room. There is a coffee shop cafe on site when you need to take a break / time out for a snack.

An enthralling and unique way to learn and experience the life and times of William Shakespeare. The farm has plenty of things to see and do, from chopping wood and watching falconry to seeing the set up of a traditional Tudor household. The staff are 'in character' which adds to the fun and it is highly amusing when they balk at 'obvious witchcraft' when using phones and cameras. This is a great place to visit no matter the age.

Interesting place. Lots of space for kids to run around, but interesting for adults too. Chap who did the talk about lunch customs was fantastic. Sandwiches are nice, but quite pricey!!!!

Lovely day out to spend here. We enjoyed a lot. Loads of baby animals in this time of the year. High recommended. Lovely food in the caffettiera as well.
