Really friendly place. Room and en suite very clean and spacious, great views. Sarah and Roger made us feel very welcome and we had an excellent evening meal on the Friday night. Very good breakfast each morning served at a time to suit us.
About 25 mins drive to Hay festival, perfect!

Very old fashioned smelly and beds covered in cat hairs,breakfast was at 08.45 which was far to late so didn't have the pleasure.
