Popped in on the off chance with a motorhome problem. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, squeezing us in for a diagnostic that same day. Following the checks the report was fully explained in everyday language, not to much of the Tec speak. Great service, great staff and some lovely motorhomes on the forecourt if you were in the market
Would give less than 1 star if I could. Customer service disgraceful from the service department. Only interested in selling you a vehicle and once they have your money the service department is not interested in sorting out any problems you may have with any urgency.
Great bunch of people, we didn't have a clue when we walked into the parts department but left feeling a whole lot more educated in the use of our campervan which we just purchased an hour before meeting these guys... thanks for the advice and the parts, cables, hoses etc have all been in use since we left your shop....
Excellent service. Polite staff. Clean waiting room. Tables outside while you are waiting. We had an emergency repair and they fitted us straight in. We were there for 2 hours but in comfort. Only £52 for the work. Very reasonable and very helpful.
We purchased our first motorhome from here last week, from day one to after sales,customer service was superb thanks to Rob Parry he was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process a joy.
Good selection of motorhomes and caravans. We wanted to have a look around motorhomes and were able to do at our leisure. Our dog was welcome to wander around with us although we didn't let him inside the motorhomes while we looked inside them.
My hubby and i bought our first ever motorhome very recently and cannot fault the service we have received from Rob Parry and the rest of the team. He made the whole experience for us both, exciting, stress free and so informative that we have nothing but praise for him. Great service and after sales too. After we bought the van there were a few minor glitches which Rob was very happy to spend time sorting out and very patiently answering our many questions.
