Mary was super helpful, made lots of suggestions and gave good advice. I tried on dresses that I would never have looked at and bought one that gave me a figure. Reaction from the men in my life - that's the one! Roll on son's wedding day! Grateful thanks from a pear shaped mother of the groom! Highly recommended, Covid safe and relaxed!
Our experience at Serendipity was in such contrast to that of other Mother of the Bride shops. The service we received here was excellent - friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The range of dresses was also far superior to what we had seen elsewhere. We came away having purchased an outfit, and feeling as though we were valued customers. The staff couldn't have done more to help us. All in all, it was a great experience of how to provide customer service.
I love this little boutique hidden in the Surrey Hills. The staff are super lovely, very supportive, knowledgable and helpful. They have a fabulous range of day wear from a variety of designers that cater for various shapes and sizes. There are lots of choice including casual wear, as well as clothes suitable for the busy professional woman. They also have a fabulous range of clothes for guests and mothers of the bride at weddings and parties. Along with hats, handbags, jewellery and many other accessories to complete a look. An absolute gem that any woman who loves to make an impression should visit. And like any small business should they have a regular email newsletter to sign up to, to take advantage of their sales and events so you don't miss out. Definitely worth a visit.
I came looking for a hat to match my mother of the bride outfit, and the owner, Dee, gave me the most wonderful help and attention. Nothing was too much trouble and she made my visit a really comfortable and welcoming experience. I would certainly recommend her for her excellent service and the shop has a wonderful selection of clothes and hats.
I was desperate I thought I had tried on every dress in the land for my godsons wedding . I had a day to go and two dresses I didn’t like . Popped into Serendipity with a feeling of no hope and that’s where I left that feeling at the door . Great service and wanting to help me without over fussing . I am so grateful, I was paid SO many compliments at the wedding which was a great boost as I’m running heavier than normal but the dress was worth every penny . Thank you Fiona spray tan , never again !

The customer service is great! I recently saw a dress online that looks like just what im looking for.I emailed the store to check stock availability, a lady called Dee replied very quickly.She was very helpful answering all my questions as im not local and can't just pop in.Dee even sent me a photo of the dress so I could see the colour and material.Im going to the store very soon I would say Dee went above and beyond what you would expect.
I didn’t hold out much hope on just walking in and getting my mum an outfit for my brothers big day but with very gentle encouragement and guidance we walked out fully equipped with a whole outfit, lovely experience and my mum is so relieved and so happy to know she can focus on looking forward to the big day and not dread what to where Cannot fault anything, thank you ladies
Just not very helpful when I went in. Was given a small changing room with no hanging space or seat to undress. A bit disappointed as I was look to spend a lot on wedding outfit.
