Didn't even get there. Booked in for 27th December for 2 nights. London entered tier 4 on 26th which means by law we're not allowed to go. Now refused a refund as they said our booking was left open and we didn't arrive. No doubt they'll be claiming handouts from the government and our booking. Bunch of con artists, disgraceful
