Very good location, safe place and lovely staff. The linen and towels were perfectly clean, bathroom very simple and old, but clean too. Plenty space for clothes. The rug probably never haven’t seen the vacuum cleaner, also the chair were a bit disgusting. Take the earplugs for sleeping.
Really cheap great place to stay. Right next to Waterloo station giving you access to trains and underground. Free breakfast included in the price - there were many different breakfasts to choose from. The first room I was in was on the main road and very noisy at night. The next morning I said this to the staff and they changed my room immediately at no extra cost. I would definitely be returning to stay here again when I come to London. The bed was made for and pillows were comfortable. The apartments also provided towels and shower gel.

Lovely safe accommodation. Definitely recommend. Comfy beds, safe surrounding area, very secure and excellent breakfast.
It was pretty good nothing fancy, easy check-in, good price for a single room. But I don't think there is AC so I was a bit hot.
If you want to wake up from your sleep at 3 am with the fire alarm concerts that take place here almost every day it would be the best place for you.
Stayed here for 1 week. Location is perfect, can't be better than this. Close to all main attractions. It saves you a lot transportation and breakfast cost. Breakfast is near perfect. But please remember that this is a student dorm normally. That's why rooms are quite in a bad shape. Linens and towels are perfectly clean however rooms make things quite bad. Also beds should be replaced.
Expensive compared to other places but worth it because it is centrally located and just across the Waterloo station
You get what you paid for. Great value for central London, walking distance less than 30min to all the tourist attractions, friendly staff, basic breakfast. All good except the room condition. Was smelly, old dirty carpet and the bathroom! I was actually afraid to use it. The floor was always wet and it looked disgusting. The toilet had limestone and the sink was rusty.
Great accommodation for the price and location in London. Room was a bit small and a bit bare and was also warm even with the window open, the room is in a flat with a number of other rooms each with there own lock on the door. The ensuite was small and a bit grubby. They provided towels and toiletries which was nice. The location is very convenient to get around. A slight downside is that in the summer the university hosts summer schools in some of the other blocks so it can be a bit noisy. Breakfast is served in the library building opposite and was fine. Overall as mentioned at the beginning a great location with a ok bed and ensuite for a fantastic price £40 p/n
