Perfect stay overall! This is the second time I’ve used Marlin Apartments, every time and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful.. The room is always clean and fresh. I could not fault them, amazing prices for the location and super close to the tube! Will be using again!Rooms: 5/5

The actual two bedroom apartment looks very very different from the photos that they present to you on the booking sites. Not good. The apartment was nice and clean but the aesthetics and ambiance, as shown in their photos, was not there... no decor, no picture frames on the wall, not even one, no soft lighting, etc. Plus the additional fees are irritating. If you're staying there for business, then you'll likely not care but if you're staying at The Marlin for holiday, you may feel like it was a bit of a "bait and switch".
3-bedroom review, duration of stay = 7 days PROS: staff was very friendly and helpful, and great to have a front desk. also great that they provided portable fans, all laminate, no carpet. located in quiet area next to Tesco supermarket and 15 mins from canary wharf tube CONS: Has the potential to be awesome but an aging property that is missing the fine touches which can get annoying, washer dryer sounds great but the dryer always left the clothes damp, even tried complaining with no luck. basic utensils in kitchen but no cutting board, no tissues, no cleaning sprays. beds are very springy on the soft-medium side.
Went for a short trip with my friends and selected Marlin Apartments as our stay. Was surprisingly upgraded to their latest penthouse apartment by the two gentlemen at the reception. I must say the apartment lives upto its price. Excellent decor, spacious rooms, massive terrace with beautiful views and all amenities. Left London with a relaxed mind, definitely will visit again.

We booked a two bedroom apartment for 4 of us but when we arrived they said there was an issue with that and gave us a 1 bed with a sofa bed no communication by email or phone to tell us. The windows would not close properly so could here noise from the council block opposite with taxis until late at night people outside etc. The shower gaurd was installed upside down so leaked on floor. Room was not ready when we arrived so had to call for someone to bring sheets etc bring a cott as he was obviously not familiar with how to fit bed sheets etc. Also TV has no aerial or apps so u have to watch LG channels which are crap. Also the area seemed to have ambulances and police going up and down the street allot, and first thing in the morning we witnessed a man shouting at his girlfriend and pushed her out of his electric bmw. We was offered £25 compensation which was an insult. Sadly i would not recomend staying here at all and if you have booked i would try and pay once you see what they are offering you first. Room 8a needs some work doing to it and some TLC if they are going to charge people to stay. Noteworthy details: Its is 15 minute walk from uber boats canary warf that take you to westminister etx very fun.
Absolutely terrible service. Do not recommend whatsoever. Had two stays here. False advertisement on website, the outside view is not at all what is shown the internet. The inside of the apartments look boring. Was charged a £500 fine with no clear reasoning to this. When coming to speak to manager GABBY, she refuses to communicate and help out with anything. The location is unsafe, a crime scene was investigated and innocent people were arrested from the apartments. Marlin apartments, please reevaluate Gabby as manager. Not professional at all with no care for customer experiences.
Located in a very good place. Nice polite staff. Apartments are in good condition, have regular refurbishment and modern functioning fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. You can enjoy clean and contemporary bathrooms, with shower and bubble bath options, the staff leave cute l'Occitane care products sets for you. I've been staying here for 7 months now, really good for a long stay or for a short one if you really need the kitchen. Has smart TV. Rooms: Great windows, convenient furniture. Nearby activities: Shops, bars, whole Canary Wharf area at your fingertips. Safety: Feeling secure. Walkability: Great. Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, Busses, Sports, Spa, Malls, Groceries.
Location great, service great, there’s no AC, they give you a fan, I mean wth I’d rather stay in a cheap hotel… Food & drinks: Food shops down the road
