I recently took my car to Malborough Service Station, and it was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic called Yianni and to be honest the desk lady called Julie is also hardwork. From the very beginning, the customer service was great until you book your car in then you are DOOMED!!!!! do not be misled I'm advising you to STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!! I took my car in for an MOT, which cost me £436 for 3 tyres. The following day, the car felt rough and one of the sidelights was out. I returned it the next day, but they refused to take responsibility and even charge me an extra £10 for a bulb that hadn't been faulty before they worked on my car. I had no prior issues!!! I literally drive less than 1,000 miles a year! Fellow car owners, you know that's quite low mileage for a year. I only used this garage as I have recently moved to the N19 Area. I will be going back to my trusted garage and never again go to these jokers or plonkers you can't really decide which one... maybe both. I think I have been totally scammed. Yianni was defensive and rude. They acted like I was the problem instead of taking any responsibility for their dishonesty. Overall, my experience at Marlborough Service Station was a nightmare. If you're looking for an honest mechanic who values your business and treats you with respect, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Save your time, money, and sanity—find somewhere else to take your vehicle! I have to put 1 star to leave a review. its a solid 0 from me!!!!
A Garage which not only just takes your car in and shoves your car out. This family run garage takes time out to be hospitable and make a point to give their information on what is the diagnosis. This honest garage gives you the opportunity to either go ahead with works which is unbeatable or let you take your car. Honest and years of experience..can't beat it
What other garage did for free, they charged me 48 pounds. One of the guys also asked me if I was Jewish. Why would he care about my religion? Bad stuff, bad vibes. Stay away!
Tried to overcharge me on an engine oil change and quoted me £180 ludicrous and disgusting! Especially I have just paid £700 in MOT damages unbelievable! I have managed to call another garage and they have quoted me £100 for an engine oil change and filters etc I have always paid no more than £80 for the past 5 years so an increase of £20 makes sense not £180!! Unbelievable!.
Arrived thought one of the headlights had stopped glowing.all lights checked out water while I waited

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and included a car wash. Totally satisfied with the bodywork repair. I would happily use the company again.Thank you.
My wife broke down whilst on a work visit to London. The AA roadside guy recommended we take the car to this garage and they didn't disappoint. They repaired the car really quickly, well priced and they even fixed my key fob that hadn't worked for a couple years! Really helpful and friendly staff. If I lived locally I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys regularly.
Completely overcharged me for an oil pan change and didn’t fix the issue I asked them to fix. Blew my engine a month after this as they didn’t tell me what it was. But hey at least they were nice
A reliable and honest bunch. Have taken my car back a couple times now. Prices are fair, turnaround is quick and the service is good. Would recommend these guys if you’re local.
