I have awful experience at car parking. I parked my car on Friday morning and forgot to take out before 8 pm. On Saturday they don’t open till 9am. I was charged for 25 hours though the car park was not even open at 7 am. When I spoke to receptionist he could not help. When I called customer service, the lady was rude and reminded that car was parked more than 24 hrs and I should read the signs carefully. They are charging for the time even they are not even open.
This is a good place to park your car if you would like to visit Camden Town. I have paid less then 10 punds for 3 hours.
Good location, much bigger than you'd think, reasonable price, a little tight on entry/exit.
It's right in Camden. Plenty of parking, and for the area, pretty reasonable in terms of cost. The two guys I've seen in the times I've used this carpark are friendly and helpful. If I'm in the area, this is my go-to carpark.
Great car park with good availability and service. I'm shocked they only accept cash in this day and age but this is the only proper car park in Camden otherwise you need to have a permit or come in by public transport. Be aware of the height limit and narrow spaces. Every space has a wall on one side so passengers should get out before parking to leave space for the driver to exit the vehicle.
Excellent car park. Ideally situated in the middle of Camden. The person on duty was really helpful and friendly. Spaces a reasonable size. A clean toilet available for customers. Thought prices were quite competitive for London. Highly recommend.
No issues at all. You come in and grab a ticket from the machine. When you come back pop in to the window, if nobody is there just check if the person that normally should be there is not cleaning some cars on the right. If so just ask them to pay. You pay at the window and they will give you a receipt. And you are free to go. The parking spaces are wide enough for a suv not very wide, but wide enough.
I recently had the pleasure of parking at Lomax CarPark in Euston and my experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and support, particularly from the lovely parking attendant named Mike. I was rushing for an important presentation and feeling quite stressed, but Mike's kindness and helpfulness truly made my day easier. He went above and beyond to ensure I found a convenient parking spot and even offered assistance with directions to my destination. Thanks to his warm demeanor and assistance, I was able to attend my presentation with confidence, knowing my parking was taken care of. The presentation went well, and when I returned to collect my car, I was once again greeted by Mike's friendly smile. His exemplary customer service made the overall day less stressful, and I left Lomax CarPark feeling grateful for such a positive experience. I highly recommend Lomax CarPark to anyone in need of convenient parking in the Euston area, and I'm incredibly thankful to Mike for his exceptional support. Thank you, Lomax CarPark, and a special thank you to Mike, for making my day a little brighter with your kindness and support.
Good little parking space back of Camden High st. Well priced. Closes at 8pm. Better than any ticket!
The facility is convenient for parking. However, once it is shut at 8pm, one of the staff was giving a poor attitude to remind me of the closing hour. Granted. But in my case trying to return to this place before the closure time, I was stuck in traffic for quite some time which was beyond my control. Could have been better response if the staff understands my unfortunate situation.
