We bought some floor standing scooter docks for our school. The product is great and competitively priced and the service was great too. Jay was quick to respond to emails both prior to our purchase being made, and afterwards - when we had a query. Great experience.

Supplied our community thanks to a grant from Cycle Scotland with 3 good value sturdy bike racks, repair station and a shelter - our local builder found them straightforward to assemble.

Great customer service … Jay answered all my questions, made sure my delivery was on time and the 2nd part of the delivery I got two follow-up emails to confirm the delivery details…..this is  great whilst trying to organise being available. Really pleased with my 'Garage Wall Rack' from bike dock solutions! Package arrived quickly, well protected, and fits perfectly and compactly in the garage, saving me the worry of my bike getting scratched up.  Product itself feels solid and well made. When on the wall it also feels like it could carry alot of weight. Great product - thanks Bike Dock Solutions!

Excellent service by Chelsea on telephone support regarding technical questions and help with delivery arrangements. The product 6 bike semi-vertical storage system met all my expectations, is perfect for the job and good value. I would recommend this company.

Bike stands were shocking quality - not galvanised as described, but thin pre-galvanised tube, welded and then the welds spray painted.  When I asked to return them they wanted a 45% re-stocking fee.  I visited the factory and was offered a choice of alternative frames, but they were all made in the same way some of them had already started to rust, so in the end I accepted a full refund and bought frames elsewhere. The factory is a shabby shed with very little manufacturing going on.  The website is very misleading.

I bought a bike rack for my font garden, delivery was fast and free and Customer Service super helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately when it arrived it was too big for the space. Again, CS was super helpful and Jay guided me through the return process, which was very smooth. Absolutely amazing service, couldn't recommend enough. Will definitely measure my space more carefully and order from them again!

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Matthew Chisholm, head of sales at Bike Dock Solutions.  We are a groundwork company and needed a bicycle shelter for a local college we manage. Matthew was extremely responsive to our many emails and very knowledgeable with regards to different specifications of shelters etc.  The 20 bicycle cycle shelter we ended up ordering was delivered in good time and Matthew was still on hand at this point for any after sales care we required. He is an absolute credit to his team and we hope to deal with him again in the future.
