Doesn't even deserve 1 *, store manager unable to actually explain why they were unable to provide a refund on an online purchase I was returning for a refund on my daughter's behalf, I had the item in its original packaging, the dispatch notice which clearly confirmed the method of payment so a refund was needed onto my daughters debit card which she'd given to me purely for that purpose, but wasn't able to adequately vocalise why, other than they have to really careful at such a busy time of year & my daughter must be present. A few weeks ago I was denied a refund because I didn't have my daughters card she'd made the payment on, so the next day I went back with her card & was given a refund. I also showed the debit card matched the info on the dispatch note so I wasn't asking for any thing other than a refund onto my daughters card which was identical to the original method of payment & offered to provide ID to confirm who I was & I lived at the same address as that in the dispatch note. Store manager did manage to confirm had I not of mentioned the refund wasn't on my behalf; no questions or checks would have been made, a policy she could neither explain or provide evidence of, & goes against the advice on the dispatch note? Still none the wiser at all, but furious to have wasted my time & energy with a specific journey there, & feeling very humiliated as if I was trying to do something fraudulent, does anyone know why the cardholder has to be present for the refund as the store manager certainly couldn't, & when they don't check any ID what difference does this make. #madetofeellikeacriminal#topshoptunbridgewellsyouareofficiallyshit!

Just another version of the same shop countrywide. If it were me I would have regional variances in product lines.

Much the same as most Top Shop stores. Excellent value but can be a bit of a scrum.

if you are looking for a topshop in tunbridge wells then this is the wrong shop, this will take you through to a dorothy perkins.
