Been here a few time now. It's always busy. The thick strawberry shake with all the topping is very tasty. The staff are always polite, welcoming, friendly & helpful. The air con made it very comfortable to sit in on a hot day. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Have never been here before and really enjoyed my first time drinking coffee and eating Paninis at this place. Definitely will be coming back soon. Coffee was delicious. The size of the cups has amazed me, perfect sized mugs of coffee. Tuna, melted cheese sandwich was delicious. Clean place. Wc could be a bit updated but it is ok

Fabulous coffee. Went in with small grandson, plenty of space for pushchair and has a loo! Big fill on toasties, pity they didn't do plain cheese as had to buy cheese/ham and take the ham outFood: 4/5

We went into the shop for a coffee and bite to eat, it was really warm in the shop it wasn't only us who said how hot it was in the shop other people was aswell even the assistant and she asked her manager for the air conditioning to be put on and she said no incase her manager came out in.Food: 5/5

Lovely accessible space though didn't use the bathroom. Sadly the drinks in the fridge weren't cold and although it was really warm, they don't turn the heating on til midday.

Great place for coffee, their seasonal options are always an exciting change. Staff are friendly and nothing is too hard for them, always smiling and polite. Good food options and a good cake and sweet treat selection. Not overpriced like other coffee chains.

Very friendly staff, always welcoming. However, meal and snack deals no longer available so just a coffee from now on. Shame. I know lots of people using wetherspoons instead now.

Went to coffee republic in Chatham on Saturday just before 5pm. Ordered 3 coffees and wrap.never been asked if I’m eating in or taking away, I have to asked if I will get plate for my food. Drinks were served in takeaway cups even though we were eating and drinking in. When drinks were made , we were shouted at to come and pick them up. Coffee republic change your attitude towards your customer or you’ll lose them all

The.staff are very friendly and helpful. As my husband is in a wheelchair they are always considerate of his needs. The drinks are always of a high standard..
